Cancellation Policy:

    • 30+ Days Before Departure: Full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
    • 15-29 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
    • 7-14 Days Before Departure: 25% refund of the total tour cost.
    • Less than 7 Days Before Departure: No refund.
  2. Cancellation by Tour Chalo:
    • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule your tour without any additional charges.

Refund Policy:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain fees such as booking fees, bank charges, and any non-refundable deposits are not eligible for a refund.

  • Third-Party Services: Refunds for third-party services (e.g., flights, accommodation, activities) are subject to the respective providers’ policies.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political instability), refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
